RETURN POLICY
All orders at Posterman are non-returnable or can be disposed of post-confirmation or approval from the customer service team. This confirmation is only approved with a written email or documented evidence from one of our professionals to you.
As per the refund, Posterman accepts only pre-paid mode of payment as of now, hence all the refunds are done in Back to Source mode. Which in other words mean, refunds are processed in the same payment method that was used while making the purchase.
All the refunds are processed within 8 business days post approval from the concerned team via email.
